                मैं हिन्दी नहीं बोलता लेकिन मैं सीख रहा हूँ 
                  main hindee naheen boltaa lekin main seekh rahaa hoon
                  - I don’t speak Hindi but I am learning (Said by a male) Or;

                मैं हिन्दी नहीं बोलती लेकिन मैं सीख रही हूँ
                   main hindee naheen boltee lekin main seekh rahee hoon
                        - I don’t speak Hindi but I am learning (Said by a female)

And then for the second part we have…

           क्या तुम्हें हिन्दी आती है? kyaa tumhen hindee aatee hai?

We are literally asking here ‘To you hindi comes?’ and it means ‘Do you know Hindi?’. This can be asked to either a female or a male! Does that help? Please feel free to ask me if you have any other questions.
