नमस्ते namaste and thank you for the question! I’d love to help. You can simply say this; 

       मैं खाने जा रहा हूँ
         main khaane jaa rahaa hoon
          - I am going to eat (said by a male) or;

      मैं खाने जा रही हूँ
        main khaane jaa rahee hoon
          - I am going to eat (said by a female).

This is actually ‘composed’ just like the english sentence, we are literally saying “I to eat am going’! You can also put the word अब ab - now to the start of the sentence if you want!

If you want to say ‘I am going to sleep’ then you simple replace खाने khaane - to eat in the sentence above with सोने sone - to sleep! I hope that helps, and please feel free to ask me if you have any further questions.
